Boundaries & Self-Defence Workshop

During this workshop, you can experience a different type of body-based work. We'll explore how to identify, articulate, and assert personal boundaries – and try out simple yet powerful self-defence techniques.

Facilitator: Dr. Noá Nógrádi – women’s rights expert and self-defence instructor, known for combining physical techniques with discussion-based empowerment practices.
